This 7 year toasted barrel bourbon has dark fruit skins on the nose with dark woodsy notes and a hint of rosemary. On the palate, we found notes of crème brûlée and bittersweet chocolate with a spicy finish of chili pepper and cocoa powder.

This toasted barrel bourbon has a nose of raspberry jam and black tea with rich, sticky palate of maple and brown sugar and spiced red fruits. A hint of sandalwood incense on the finish melts to mouth watering caramel.
